1. Organiser

2. Eligibility

Eligible are natural persons aged 18 or over, resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or a member state of the European Union, who belong to one of the following groups: people who work professionally in laser welding (any brand of machine); people who run a Sigma Laser laser welding machine; people who have bought a laser welding machine from another manufacturer without being welders themselves.

Employees of the Organiser and of the service providers involved in running the Campaign are excluded.

One member account per person is permitted. Several people from the same company may each hold their own account.

3. Period

Registration is possible from the publication of these terms and closes at the end of 16 November 2026 (24:00 CET), the moment the thank-you wheel opens. No registration is possible while the Campaign runs.

The thank-you wheel is open to verified members on Tuesday 17 November 2026 from 00:00 to 23:59 CET.

4. Participation

Participation is free and does not depend on buying any goods or services. It requires a SYN member account with true and complete details, verified by the Organiser on the basis of an uploaded photo. Verification usually takes one business day; there is no entitlement to verification by a particular time.

Each verified member may spin the thank-you wheel once during the Campaign period. The outcome is determined randomly by the system. Which gifts are on the wheel, and how many of each, can be seen before the spin on the Campaign page and on the wheel itself; a gift that has run out is removed from the wheel.

5. Gifts and certificate

The gifts are the physical items or vouchers shown on the wheel and, where applicable, cash amounts in the stated value. Physical items and vouchers cannot be paid out in cash. The Organiser reserves the right to replace a gift with one of equal value if the one shown is unavailable.

Every participant receives a personal certificate of appreciation in digital form after the spin, whatever the outcome.

6. Notification and shipping

The outcome of the spin is shown immediately in the portal and confirmed by email. For a physical gift you enter a shipping address in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the EU in the portal. If no address is given within 30 days of the spin, the claim lapses. Shipping is free for you; any import duties outside the EU are borne by the recipient.

7. Exclusion

The Organiser may exclude from the Campaign anyone who gives false details, holds several accounts, technically manipulates the procedure or breaches these terms. Gifts already promised may be reclaimed in such a case.

8. Early termination

The Organiser may cancel or postpone the Campaign in whole or in part for good cause, in particular technical faults or manipulation. Notice is given on the Campaign page.

9. Data protection

Data collected at registration, verification and during the Campaign is processed for these purposes only and is not passed on for commercial purposes. Details are in the privacy policy.

10. Miscellaneous

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Recourse to the courts is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remainder is unaffected. In case of discrepancies between the German and the English version, the German version prevails.
